License and distribution

SpielWorkouts is open source under the Apache License 2.0. That license governs use, modification, and redistribution of the software, including its warranty and liability provisions. The name and artwork are subject to the project’s trademark guidance.

App Store distribution is in preparation. For an App Store download, Apple’s Standard EULA applies unless a custom agreement is supplied. Apple handles purchases and refunds. These terms do not remove rights granted by the open-source license.

Using the app

SpielWorkouts records workouts; it does not provide medical advice or individualized coaching. You choose your exercises and loads and are responsible for exercising safely.

You control your Google account, spreadsheet permissions, and backups. Google’s services have their own terms. Signing out or deleting the app does not delete your Sheet.

The software is provided AS IS, subject to the governing license and any rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
